   Hi all,

   A user (15a5) came up with the idea of having a wiki for us to record our experience and salary offers at different employers. The aim is to improve transparency in the job market and provide useful feedback to employers and other job market candidates.

   When submitting information be careful to not make it so detailed that it is obvious who you are. Be sure to get the main message across without potentially damaging yourself. If for example you do not want to mention the employer by name but want to share the salary offer you could put US Top 5 Department as the employer name.

   This is in its early stages so please suggest improvements soon so that they can be implemented for all future entries.

   the site headers "employers" and "jobs" are now pretty confusing. Especially since the job wiki is sorted by employers. Though, I don't really have a good alternative to suggest. It'd be nice to somehow indicate that the "jobs" link refers to the annual market, while "employers" is more permanent

   1-5. 5 being the best. It is obvious when you enter the information as it says Excellent, Very good etc.

    For informing everyone of the school rank, if you don't want to give a name (e.g. top 30) I suggest using repec. Its common knowledge, even if people disagree over the actual rankings.
